ART/DESIGN TOS:
⍟ Feel free to edit my art! For any reason or purpose. If you do, please upload it as a new image (alongside the original) without credit to me.⍟ It is strongly preferred that you alert me before my art or designs are deleted! I do not mind if you hide them, but please tell me if you delete any of my original work... or not idk.⍟ Art that is hidden or not uploaded to ToyHouse may be added to my Owed Art Archive for example purposes. You’re welcome to request removal or transfer of the art to its proper character profile at any time.⍟ Designs made for community or group mascot purposes may not be gifted to one specific user!!! If no longer needed they may be returned to myself or voided unless you ask me first.⍟ Do not split ownership of alternate versions (human, furry, CS, pony ect.) of my designs! You and a friend can split one as a type of co-own, but if either is sold both versions must go together.+⍟ You may co-own my designs and make separate profiles for said co-own along with any alternate forms.+

BUSINESS TOS:
⍟ My turnaround time is generally 3 months - 1 year... If you want to impose a deadline there’s a high chance I’ll miss it and refund you.⍟ You’re welcome to request cancelation of any art related transaction at any point! This includes custom work and general art. I will refund you whatever you’ve paid and discuss potential use of the work I did finish (using customs as examples, reusing poses for personal work, etc.)…⍟ In a multi-piece payments, cancelation is still an option, but depending on how far I’ve gotten further compensation or requirements may be requested.⍟ I am more than willing to offer TBD (trade lock, trade-back-deal) for any transaction. Feel free to ask!⍟ You must make me aware if a trade we are doing is part of a 3 way, or on behalf of somebody else, before I agree to or consider your offer. This will result in an immediate trade block if a transaction like that is completed before I am told.⍟ If a character is on hold for me in any way (money or art payment) and is transferred to somebody else during with no notice, you and the new owner will both be blocked.⍟ My art and designs should only add value up to the amount listed on my commission forms at the time the piece was created, including trades or gifts. If received at a discount you may choose to value at market or paid value.+⍟ You do not need to add value to my work, and if you receive a piece with no value I can appraise it for you to the best of my abilities!
